What is Tapcessory?

A simple way for a finder to reach you.

If someone finds your pet, the tag gives them a clear next step.

1

Tap the tag

A finder holds a compatible phone near the tag.

2

See your contact page

The page opens with the contact details you choose to share.

3

Press Call

They can call your chosen number to help your pet get home.

The phone needs NFC and internet to open the page, and phone service to call. Tapcessory is a contact tag, not a GPS tracker.

A little help when something is lost.

Lost Mode includes finder updates. A finder can choose to share a one-time location.

Buy once. Use every day.

No app, battery or required subscription. Contact updates and a 1-year limited warranty are included.

Four simple steps

Easy to set up when your tag arrives.

1

Activate

Tap your new tag and enter the PIN hidden under its packaging.

2

Add a contact

Choose the contact details you are comfortable making public.

3

Attach it

Clip it to a collar, backpack, bag or keys.

4

Tap. Call. Connect.

A helper taps with a compatible phone and presses Call.

The phone needs internet to open the page and service to call. Most modern NFC iPhone and Android phones work; a QR code can provide a backup. Tapcessory is a contact shortcut, not GPS tracking, a medical device or an emergency response service.

Your contribution, clearly explained

Your $5 contribution is included.

Tapcessory gives $5.00 from the price of each eligible paid tag to Paws for Hope. The contribution is already included: you pay for your tags, and we take care of the giving.

Choose tags that give back

$5.00 per eligible paid tag goes to Paws for Hope. Eligible paid tags only. Taxes and shipping are excluded. Refunds reduce the credited amount.

Good to know

How does it work with an engraved tag?

It opens an updatable contact page with a Call button. It can complement an engraved tag and a microchip; it does not replace a microchip.

Does it track my pet?

No. It is a contact tag, not GPS. In Lost Mode, a finder can choose to share a one-time location.

Can I mix designs in one order?

Yes. Mix designs and quantities in your basket, up to 10 tags in total.

How do I pay?

Save your basket, enter delivery details, then continue to secure payment. Use the same email and confirm the total quantity.

What are the sizes and shipping costs?

Tap Mini is 32 mm; Classic is 50 mm. Canada shipping is $2.50 for 1–2 tags and free for 3 or more. Taxes and the final total appear before payment.

What can a finder see?

Only the contact details and profile information you choose to make public. Your dashboard and finder updates stay private.

Is the contribution an extra charge?

No. Tapcessory contributes $5 from each eligible paid campaign tag’s price. It is not added to your bill.

When does my purchase count?

After successful payment is confirmed. Shipping and taxes are excluded; refunds reduce the contribution.
